A fresh design to build trust in a tourism activity brand

SUPA, a tourism operator specialising in stand-up paddle, surfing, and kayaking, approached Kapta for a complete brand overhaul, including a new website and marketing management.

They needed a renewed online presence that reflected the excitement and adventure of their activities while also conveying professionalism and trust to their clients.

Simplified user journeys

We simplified user journeys to achieve SUPA’s main goal of increasing the number of customers. This was done through carefully placed CTAs, refined navigation with intuitive menus, and pages and sections targeted to specific audiences and different activity types such as stand-up paddle, surfing, and kayaking.

National and international promotion

SUPA wanted a website that could support promotion not only in Portugal but also internationally. For this purpose, we created targeted pages in different languages.

Improved SEO rankings

SEO was a crucial factor in the redesign. We created unique pages that act as landing pages for all the popular keywords we identified. If someone searches for a specific activity, there is a page for it. We also created pages targeted at specific audiences, such as beginners or families. In addition, we implemented a blog organised by categories aimed at attracting diverse traffic.

Supporting material

We developed supporting materials for the brand’s operations and marketing, such as a presentation deck, brochures, posters, and leaflets.

Social media

An essential part of SUPA’s marketing is through social media, so we placed emphasis on ensuring a great visual presence. We organised the profile assets and produced templates for future posts.
