Voice 2 Invoice was born out of the need to modernise the invoicing process for professionals on the move, removing technological barriers and making it accessible to everyone — regardless of physical limitations or familiarity with software.
In partnership with InvoiceXpress, Kapta developed Voice 2 Invoice — the first solution in Portugal that allows invoices to be issued by voice, using artificial intelligence, directly via Telegram or WhatsApp. All without the need to open traditional invoicing software.
This solution was designed for freelancers with dynamic schedules, gig economy professionals, multitasking entrepreneurs, and people with motor, visual, or cognitive impairments.
The impact was immediate: adoption exceeded expectations by 38% in the first few weeks, with a significant reduction in average invoice issuing time and consistent feedback on accessibility and ease of use.
