To ensure user efficiency and safety, the Albufeira Civil Protection app was designed with simple and straightforward navigation.
We incorporated an emergency button with direct call functionality, allowing users to quickly contact emergency services in critical situations. This intuitive design makes it easier to access information and get the necessary help, providing a smooth and efficient experience for all users, regardless of their familiarity with technology.
Promoting safety
Citizen information and safety were the priorities in the creation of the Albufeira Civil Protection app. Kapta implemented a notification system to ensure that all users receive real-time alerts about different types of warnings. This feature keeps citizens constantly informed and prepared to react quickly to any critical situation, promoting a safer and more protected environment for the entire community.

The final result was an app that exceeds expectations, offering a fast, practical, and highly functional experience. We used a distinct colour palette and intuitive icons to simplify navigation and ensure users can quickly identify the information they need. Every design element was carefully selected to promote clarity and efficiency, resulting in an app that not only meets but exceeds the needs of Albufeira Civil Protection.
